This 4-week virtual Yoga Nidra series offers a sacred place to pause, release tension, and nurture a deep sense of calm before the week begins.
Each Sunday evening, you'll be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra practice - a form of guided meditation often called "yogic sleep".
While resting comfortably, you'll move through layers of awareness designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore your energy from within.
By the end of this series, you'll feel more grounded, rested, and connected - carrying the peace of your Sunday night practice into your daily life.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation practice done entirely lying down. It brings the body into a state of profound rest while keeping the mind gently aware - balancing the line between wakefulness and sleep.
Through visualization, body scanning, and breath awareness, this practice helps quiet the nervous system and encourages healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
You don't need any yoga experience - just a cozy space to lie down, a blanket, and the willingness to rest.
