Hi! My passion is helping people stress less and feel their best through yoga, Pilates, and using essential oils.
I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, in every shape and season. I did both yoga and Pilates throughout both of my pregnancies and postpartum journeys.
Movement has helped me reduce stress, improve energy, balance, flexibility, and strength. It has also made a huge difference in my mental health.
Another modality in supporting my wellness is aromatherapy. I have been using essential oils in my everyday routine for 6 years. I am partnered with doTERRA and help people transition to clean, toxin free everyday products, and guide them how to implement specific essential oils in their everyday routine to reduce stress, improve energy, sleep, and improve any issues they may be experiencing.
